Car Access Strap

This product is to help people getting in and out of cars. The strap is attached to the internal handle fitting inside the car. It will allow people with limited reach who cannot hold the car handle to be able to reach the Car Access Strap.

Adjust the Car Access Strap to size by sliding the webbing through the Triglide. Wrap the webbing around the Grab Handle or Door Frame at least one complete turn, and if possible more times, to use up the excess webbing. The length required will depend on the type of car, and the size and ability of the person using the Car Access Strap.

We recommend asking a qualified Carer, such as a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist, to give you personal guidance on how to use this product.

The Car Access Strap may be used in conjunction with the Handi Soft Turn Pad, Item 519S or Car Seat Slide Pads, Item 504P.

Consult your Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapist or Back Care Specialist when using Manual Handling Products.

WARNING - Inspect buckles before use. They are made from Delrin® a strong material but may break if mistreated.

Washing: Hand or machine wash only, up to 80°C. Do not tumble dry or wring - air dry only.
